- Go to the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, Ca
- Go on a ghost tour at Queen Mary in Long Beach, Ca
- Book a haunted tour at the Whaley House in Old Town San Diego
- Stay in a haunted hotel such as the Carrie House in Placerville, Ca or Menger Hotel in San Antonio, Tx.
- Hold a Friday the 13th movie marathon
- Have a Friday the 13th theme party
