What movies have you watch in past Friday the 13th release dates?

Insidious Chapter 2 opened up Friday with  a massive $20+ million in the box office. These ticket sales are likely Insidious fans, because last night moviegoers behind us were fully aware of the plot. They knew about the red door, first home in the original and other important aspects of this horror franchise. In the past, what movies have you watch that opened on Friday the 13th?

I watch two scary movies that got released on Friday the 13th. The first movie was Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday that opened on August 13, 1993. Next, we watched The Cabin in the Woods in Roswell, New Mexico on April 13, 2012. Last night, we watched Insidious Chapter 2 on Friday the 13th for September 2013.

Friday the 13th is an excellent day to open a horror movie. Friday the 13th reboot released on February 13, 2009 also opened on Friday the 13th. There is superstitious allure coming from Friday the 13th. If you write horror movies, consider communicating a future Friday the 13th release date.

Insidious is well on its way to $40+ million this weekend. It will almost top the full run of the previous original Insidious. In our honest opinion, Insidious was a far better movie than Insidious Chapter 2. Astral projection was never mentioned in the sequel, though we see Dalton astral project often. Time travel is employed in the second chapter, and this makes the plot complex for average moviegoers.
